Hoy en día,  el hecho de hablar de ecología, parece bastante normal, hemos pasado de algo efímero a realmente estar preocupados y concienciados, además de empezar a tomarnos en serio el hecho de que la ecología es nuestra vida, nuestro presente y nuestro futuro. Por ello, el corcho , la madera y la ecología son el mejor tridente.

Especialmente en las grandes ciudades donde la contaminación ya es por desgracia una realidad. Un sabio dijo una vez, que un pueblo debería ser de grande, hasta allí donde la voz de un hombre  llegara. Lógicamente, esto hoy en día es imposible, pero sí es viable empezar a protegernos de los diferentes virus y complicaciones que nos trae la civilización.

La madera es un producto magnífico para construir casas y así estar protegidos. Las fibras con celulosa unidas con lignina tienen muchas ventajas al ser un producto natural que nos ofrece la naturaleza.

No obstante, una de las partes negativas de la madera es que para producirla tenemos que cortar los arboles con lo que aumentamos la deforestación. Es la tala de gran parte de nuestras arboledas la que constituye un gran problema cuando hablamos de construir con madera.

Además, es bueno recordar que los arboles atraen a la lluvia. Los árboles son sinónimo, en parte, de hacer llover. Las plantas liberan microbios y otras micropartículas, lo que permite que el agua se condense y forme nubes. Parcialmente, la presencia de bosques están directamente relacionadas con las precipitaciones. El corcho, la madera y la ecología son el mejor tridente.

En consecuencia de dicha tala, las arboledas tardan muchos años en volver a crecer por lo que nos quedamos sin protección durante todos esos años. Se decía, según la historia del geógrafo griego Estrabón que, una ardilla podía atravesar la península iberia sin tocar el suelo “de árbole en árbole”, aquí tenemos el ejemplo y la consecuencia de tantas talas ya que nos quedamos sin árboles.  

El corcho, producto natural donde los haya, complementa al árbol ya que lo protege, y así,  una vez hacemos la “saca” o “descorche”  (es decir extraer de los alcornoques la corteza que los reviste) el árbol sigue en pie. Esta delicada operación se realiza entre mayo y agosto. El ciclo de protección empieza de nuevo durante los próximos nueve años. Está claro con todo lo explicado que el corcho, la madera y la ecología son el mejor tridente.

Las ventajas del corcho, del cual hemos hablado tantas veces, son muchísimas y es difícil quedarnos con cuál es la mejor. Entre ellas podemos recordar: impermeable, ecológico, transpirable, aislamiento acústico, aislamiento térmico, resistente a la presión y la compresión, anti vibraciones, entre otras.

¿Anti vibraciones”? Sí, así es. La tierra vibra, es algo natural, y la mayoría de los productos sintéticos son estancos ya que no absorben las vibraciones. El corcho, al estar formado por millones de células de aire comprimido, absorbe dichas vibraciones por lo que unido a todas las ventajas mencionadas anteriormente es sin duda un producto a tener en cuenta para instalarlo en nuestras casas. La ecología con corcho es la mejor opción.
